1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

5. Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Allay is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at our support email, and we will do our best to help.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, we may not be able to make changes as the order may already be processed.
